A: We know tech isn't always perfect. That is why every call has a 60-second "Grace Period." If the call ends within the first minute—whether due to a bad connection or just realizing it's the wrong time to talk—no one is charged.
Q: How do I get my money?
A: Your earnings are deposited into your Minutly wallet immediately after every call. You can transfer your balance directly to your bank account via our secure payment processor (Stripe) at any time. Transfers typically arrive within 2–3 business days.
Q: Is there a monthly fee to be a Professional?
A: No. There are no subscription fees or hidden costs to list your services. Minutly only keeps a small percentage of the transaction when you successfully get paid. If you don't earn, we don't earn.
Q: Does my client need to download the app?
A: Yes. To ensure the connection is secure and the billing is accurate, your client will need to download the Minutly app and add a payment method before they can call you.
Q: Can I set different rates for different times?
A: You are in total control. You can update your per-minute rate instantly in your profile settings at any time.
